Pipal is built privacy-first. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the control you have. In plain English: your data is yours, it stays in the UK, and we never sell it.

What we collect

• Account info — your email address.
• Health & fitness data you choose to log — food entries, weight, sleep, exercise and hydration.
• Photos you take of meals or progress.
• A user identifier so the app can sync your data to your account.

How we use it

Only to provide the app’s core functionality — analysing your meals, calculating condition-aware scores, and generating your summaries and GP reports. That’s it.

Where it’s stored

On secure UK-region servers (London, eu-west-2). Row-level security means only your account can read your data — not other users, not us in everyday operation.

What we never do

We never sell your data. We never show ads. We never share your data with marketers or third-party trackers. Your nutrition and health information is not a product.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can access, correct or delete your data at any time. Email nutrition@pipal.uk and we’ll action it. You can also delete your account in-app, which removes your data from our servers.
